Though much of the game involves Rin doing the doctor's bidding, there comes a point near the end where the character is given a choice of whether to continue following Kisaragi or to turn on her. In the case of the former, Rin successfully kills the leader of WhiteHound (ホワイトハウンド), a resistance organization which has been battling Corrupt Garden for some time. As a reward for her helpful efforts, Kisaragi shoves Rin - along with two other entrusted Corrupt Garden agents - into a pit filled with the monsters.
With WhiteHound now out of the way, she states that she does not need them anymore and adds that their deaths will produce great videos for her to sell. If Rin decides to side with WhiteHound, she ends up battling the Kisaragi, who transforms into a monster-hybrid herself.
